The data sits in the ERP. The risk analysis runs in another system. In between, someone copies suppliers, origins and quantities by hand. That costs time and creates errors.
Not anymore. Customers using the acadon EUDR Management App can now handle their EUDR risk analyses and due diligence statements (DDS) through a direct integration with EUDR-A, the solution developed by GD Holz, the German timber trade association.
The process runs in four steps:
The data stays where it is created. Analysis and submission are handled by the tool built for the job. The references end up where your team works.
By default, the integration transfers master and transaction data from Business Central. If you want to pass on additional EUDR-specific data, such as wood species, producers or geolocation data, the integration can be extended individually. Just get in touch.
For all companies placing timber and wood products on the market that want to cover their EUDR due diligence obligations with EUDR-A. Typically, these are timber traders and importers with many suppliers and a high volume of documents. That is exactly where manual data maintenance eats up the most time.
If you already work with the acadon EUDR Software, you can use the integration right away.
The integration was developed in close cooperation with GD Holz. Many thanks to the team for the great partnership.
The EUDR demands diligence. It doesn’t demand entering data twice. With the EUDR-A integration, risk analysis and DDS submission happen where they belong, and the references land where the work gets done.
