By joining forces with Tecman Germany, we are expanding our strategic activities in the ERP market. acadon acquires a majority stake in Tecman Germany, laying the foundation for a cross-border joint venture around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – with a clear goal: ERP projects at fixed prices and with reliable service packages.

What’s behind the partnership?

In a short time, Tecman Germany has established itself as a specialist in standardized ERP implementations with a fixed-price model. This approach offers major advantages for mid-sized businesses – above all, predictability and fast execution.

Through our investment, we are combining competencies: technology, industry expertise, and market access. We’re enhancing the existing portfolio by adding apps, services, and infrastructure packages from our product world – including solutions for procurement, financial accounting, and cloud services.
