As an inside sales representative, working in a B2B industry, it’s your responsibility to respond to enquiries from your customer and make sales quotes. While most of the time a customer can tell you exactly which item he wants, sometimes they only mention they want the same panel as last time.
Going through all previous Sales Invoices from this customer takes a lot of time, which is not only frustrating for you, but also for the customer. In the end, you manage to find the last invoice of plates so you can finally send the Sales Quote to your customer.
Let’s see how you can save a lot of time with our Last Sales functionality!
As usual, you start by creating a Sales Quote for the customer who places an enquiry.
As you don’t know the exact item, in the Lines FastTab menu, you choose Quote and Last Sale to open a window with all previous items that were sold to this customer.
Here you see the latest plate this customer bought was 10 pieces of item no. 10070 for a Unit Price of 1.163,16 euros. Select this line and click OK to add this item to your current Sales Quote, where you can adjust the amount and unit price.
Now, whenever a customer places an enquiry about an item he previously bought, anyone who creates the Sales Quote has all the information available to help the customer directly. Saving time for you and your customers.
