Changing email templates in acadon_timber has never been easier or more intuitive. With our new feature, you can now customize email templates using Microsoft Word instead of the text editor in Business Central. This allows for more professional and polished email communications. Plus, you can leverage Copilot in Word to create top-notch content effortlessly.

We’ve added new E-Mail Word templates to all Timber Reports. Here’s how easy it is to use:

1. Search for Report Selection.
2. Select the desired report with the “Send by Email” action.
3. Change the “Email Body Layout Name” field by selecting the Word template and activating “Use for Email Body.”

This feature not only allows you to change the layout but also customize the greeting and body text. Navigate to “Timber Reports” and set up your body text under “Mail Texts” and your greeting text under “Salutation.”
