Yes, acadon_timber is available as a SaaS solution (Software as a Service) in the cloud as well as an On-Prem solution (provided on your server or in a data centre of your choice). To access the SaaS solution, all you need is an end device (PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.) with a web client and an internet connection.

Yes, multiple clients (companies) can be set up and managed in Business Central. In addition, automated document creation (InterCompany) is possible for business transactions between clients.

This naturally depends on the current processes in place. Due to the different setup options, long-standing use of this solution and its continuous development, acadon_timber can almost always achieve simplification, boost efficiency and unlock automation potential.

In our industry-specific customer service teams, specially trained individuals take care of quickly and professionally answering and solving your support questions. The shared ticket system provides all parties involved with the necessary transparency.

We proceed in four phases: in the preparation phase, the system is provided and the basic setup is done together. After an initial introduction, your data is transferred to the system and any special setups and adjustments are made during the design and development phase. After the training and testing phase, you approve the solution and we support you during the go-live.
