OnRoute
OnRoute allows customers to sign delivery notes digitally and attach delivery-related images and information. Each delivery note or relevant tour document contains a QR code that can be scanned with any device that has an internet browser.
The driver can manage multiple tour assignments using, for example, their smartphone, allowing customers to sign the delivery note digitally and add further information. Alternatively, the customer can scan the QR code on their delivery note themselves and sign it digitally.
All information is transferred to the ERP system. The signed delivery note, photos, comments, and the current tour status can be viewed in the relevant documents in Business Central, integrating seamlessly with the proven tour planning process of the Timber solution.
OnRoute can be configured to automatically send emails to customers when they sign a delivery note, providing them with a copy of the signed document along with any attached photos.

Full offline usage after first load. Once opened via QR code, the app works without an internet connection. Actions are saved and automatically synced with Business Central when reconnected.
