The KOMED in Mediapark is the central event location for the first part of our acadon_Customer Day 2025. With its outstanding architecture, it offers ideal spaces for the acadon_Customer Day over 2,300 square meters. Mediapark is centrally located in the heart of Cologne and is easily accessible by both public transport and car. There is a large parking garage directly under the venue for drivers. The train station is only 5 minutes away. Thanks to numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity, you can also stay overnight with ease. MediaPark is a multiple award-winning highlight of downtown Cologne.

The NH Hotel at Mediapark is located in close proximity to our event locations, just 50 meters away, making for a convenient and quick arrival. This modern 4-star hotel offers comfortable rooms and a stunning view of the lake in Mediapark, allowing you to relax perfectly after an eventful day.

The Motel One at Mediapark is just 200 meters from our event venue, offering you a comfortable and stylish overnight stay in close proximity. With its modern design and excellent value for money, Motel One is the ideal choice for a relaxing stay after an eventful day.

The Premier Inn at Mediapark is just 600 meters from our event location. The hotel offers excellent access to public transportation, with the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station (Hansaring) just 50 meters away. After one stop, you will reach Cologne Cathedral and Cologne Central Station (800 meters).

The Midtown Hotel is just not far from our event location. Opened in 2017, Midtown is a brand-new boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Cologne. It is situated 300 meters from MediaPark Cologne and 100 meters from the Christophstraße / Mediapark U-Bahn station, providing easy access to the city’s attractions.

On Customer Day, we’ll be filming 1-minute videos where you can introduce yourself and your company. These videos will be published on our website and LinkedIn, offering a great opportunity for visibility. Plus, as a thank you for participating, you'll receive three months of free access to our newest app, acadon_OnRoute. To help you prepare, we’ll send you three questions in advance.
